T-beam assembling machine is special designed for shipyard, ship building company to make the T-beam.
On the main machine 2 sides there are 2 groups of gas shield welding guns, during assembling the2sets of welding guns tack welding at same time. The distance between 2 welding guns on one side is adjustable to meet the different requirement of different size specification of T-beam, then can meet the tack-welding strength of different beam specification.
On the main machine there are many sets of flange/panel and web clamping wheels to ensure the positioning accuracy of the beams that need assembling.
This machine also can meet the requirement of that to assembly the web and flange/panel not center-alignment. The clamping wheels for flange/panel on the main machine, User can adjust the distance between center line of clamping wheels and center line of web. The adjustment is convenient and reliable.

T-beam welding gantry machine is special designed forwelding the T-beam for shipyard. The main machine is in the portal type with multi-layer structure, which having the good stability, large loading capacity. On the gantry there equipped 6 sets of welding heads, on each head there is one set of CO2/MAG welding torche, on each welding head there is one individuallaser tracing device. The 2 sets of welding torches can weld on same T-beam at same time. On the top platform of machine there can put multi-spool of welding wire, thus can reduce greatly the time for changing welding wire to increase the working efficiency.
To work with the welding gantry there is a welding table with calmping pieces to clamp the T beam that need full welding.
